Rockwood Lane Pool House

This pool house project in Greenwich showcases innovative design and meticulous craftsmanship, transforming an abandoned structure into a luxurious and functional retreat. Collaborating with existing clients, we reimagined the space to complement the main home’s architecture while maximizing the 193-square-foot foundation. High ceilings, a full kitchen, a bathroom, and essential amenities ensure the pool house is both practical and inviting. The design features shiplap siding, open sliding doors, and a café-style bar window, enhancing indoor-outdoor flow. Spa-like interiors, custom cabinetry, and monolithic heated floors create a serene yet sophisticated atmosphere. This project exemplifies how thoughtful planning elevates small spaces into stunning, multifunctional additions.
