The Serenity Lane project was all about creating a space that felt effortless for both family life and entertaining. Our clients wanted a home that could host lively gatherings while also providing quiet moments of retreat—a place where function and beauty worked hand in hand. So together, we set out on a journey and would love for you to come along. 

From the start, we knew this would be a transformative project. Partnering with Brooks & Falotico Associates and Domus Construction, we embarked on an extensive renovation that included a multi-level addition and a new three-car garage. But beyond the structural updates, it was the details—carefully curated materials, custom millwork, and seamless transitions between spaces—that truly brought this home to life.  

One of the biggest challenges in any renovation is ensuring that the new spaces feel natural, as if they were always meant to be there. That was our guiding principle throughout Serenity Lane. The family room, now flooded with natural light, opens onto an elevated patio, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow perfect for poolside entertaining. A new private office, complete with a vestibule and ensuite bath, offers a quiet sanctuary for work. And a dedicated gym with an adjacent pool bath makes staying active more convenient than ever.

But what truly makes this home special is how every detail was considered. Custom cabinetry, sophisticated textures, and layered finishes all work together to create an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and welcoming. The entertainment area—with its bespoke bar and state-of-the-art golf simulator—has become a favorite spot for family and friends to gather.

We carefully sourced tile, stone, hardware, lighting, wallpaper, and furnishings, ensuring that each element felt intentional. The custom millwork was drafted with precision, adding character and cohesion to every room. Every decision was made with the goal of creating a home that felt like an extension of the family who lived there.
